Selfie Experience is an interactive entertainment service intended for individual visitors, groups, and events, with the option of group reservations and ticket purchases.

3. Reservations and Purchases

Reservations and ticket purchases can be made via the website or directly at the entrance.
A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed through the online payment system.

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment system.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are not available, including cases where the user fails to attend the reserved date.

If a user is unable to attend the scheduled time, they may request a one-time rescheduling, subject to prior agreement and availability. This applies to both private events and individual tickets.

Requests to reschedule private events must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone.

6. Use of the Space

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, the following rules must be observed:

• The space is intended for entertainment and photography only. Any damage or destruction of exhibits, props, or equipment is strictly prohibited.

• The use of sparklers, smoke effects, fireworks, or similar items is not allowed. Only standard birthday candles are permitted.

• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

• Animals are not allowed.

• Props must not be handled with greasy or food-soiled hands.

• Shoes must be removed before entering the ball pit.

• Any damage to the space or equipment must be reported to staff immediately.

• The space is used at the visitor’s own risk.

• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal belongings during the visit.

• In the event of damage, the user is required to compensate for the damage based on the service provider’s assessment.

7. Liability and Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

• service interruptions or inability to use the service due to force majeure (equipment failure, power outages, technical issues)

• loss or damage to personal belongings

• behavior of third parties

In the event of a technical issue on our side, the user will be offered an alternative time slot.

Users are required to behave appropriately and follow staff instructions.
We reserve the right to deny service to users who behave inappropriately, without entitlement to a refund.
